Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ron raised his family in Orange County California. He has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years on both the east and west coast, starting in 1989 with Ameci Pizza and Pasta.

Now Ron is bringing his original New York and New Jersey tastes to his new venture, Papa Duke's Deli and Grill. There is something for everyone, from the Jersey Shore breakfast sandwich to the California Style wraps and salads.
